Snap Sticks are prepared in the same way as biltong but instead of being cut into thick slabs these are cut into thin strips and then spiced, marinated, and air-dried.
Because they are cut thinner the texture is drier and they tend to 'snap' when you eat them. Snap sticks are very high in protein, low in carbohydrates, and pack a tasty punch of flavour.
Whether you are following a regular balanced diet, carnivore diet, Paleo or LCHF diet these meat sticks are the perfect snack.
Also the perfect companion to a cold beverage.
Ingredients: Beef, salt, pepper, spices, chilli, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce (GF).

STORAGE GUIDANCE
All Runder products are fresh and perishable products.
While biltong has been cured with salt and also air-dried, it does not contain any preservatives that extend it's shelf life. Therefore, careful storage is required to ensure it is kept in optimal condition.
You can store it in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight and away from any heat source. Keeping it in a closed container will likely develop some humidity, moisture and it may spoil.
