Biltong salad - your imagination is the limit
Lunch came early today and it came in the form of a delicious biltong salad. Packed full of flavour and nutrients. Spinach, coriander, zucchini, baby stem broccoli, soft boiled eggs, sheep’s feta, olive oil, sea salt, cracked pepper, chilli and of course the biltong.
Your options are endless, really. Biltong is a nutrient-rich food packed with natural protein and flavour. You can add it onto a pizza, toss it through your pasta, throw it into a quiche, mix it with cream cheese for a dip, have it on toast, eat it with avo, eggs - whatever you can think of.
Starting with the right ingredients is key. If you are what you eat then eat things that are fantastic!!!
