+/- 600g per rack of pork ribs.
Easy and delicious fall off the bone pork spareribs. Whether you are going to a friend's BBQ or just making dinner at home, these are an epic addition to serve as a starter or main meal for your family or friends.
These ribs have been slow-cooked overnight for 14 hours in a sweet and herby marinade.
You only need to add some of your favourite BBQ sauce to the ribs and then whack them onto the grill and cook them over some hot coals or flames.
You can also cook them really nicely at home under a hot grill in your oven.
BBQ sauce flavours to try:
- Korean BQQ
- Hickory and Smoke
- Sweet and Spicy
Cooking guidance for the oven: (15 minutes total cook time)
- Put the ribs into the oven at 160 degrees Celcius for 5 minutes.
- Then turn the oven up to 190 degrees Celcius and leave them in for another 10 minutes.
- They should be nice and brown and crispy by now and ready for you to demolish.
