INGREDIENTS
- 40g sliced Runder biltong per person
- 2 x Slices of sourdough bread
- 2 x Eggs
- 1 x Teaspoon crispy chilli oil or chopped fresh chilli
- Butter or hummus
- Fresh coriander leaves
- Optional: avocado slices
INSTRUCTIONS
- Drop your butter into the pan to melt it.
- Once melted mix in the chilli oil. If you don't have chilli oil just chop some fresh chilli and add some extra virgin olive oil.
- Crack your eggs into the butter chilli mix and fry eggs until your liking.
- Toast the bread and butter both slices (or use hummus).
- Once your toast is ready, place your avocado slices on the toast and add the fried eggs on top.
- Add the biltong slices.
- Season with salt and pepper, garnish with fresh coriander.
