Perfect for grilling or finishing in the oven, they’re a fail-proof way to impress your guests. Simply add your favorite BBQ sauce and grill over hot coals or flames for a restaurant-quality meal at home.

Each rack weighs approximately 600g, making them ideal for sharing.

Cooking guidance for the oven: (15 minutes total cook time)

Put the ribs into the oven at 160 degrees celsius for 5 minutes.
Then turn the oven up to 190 degrees celsius and leave them in for another 10 minutes.
They should be nice and brown and crispy by now and ready for you to enjoy.
